Cherian Philip holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from IMD, Switzerland as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.

A serial entrepreneur with interests in numerous companies in India and the United States, Cherian is Chairman of Biozeen, India’s first integrated bioprocess consultancy, research and training company and CEO of Bethelehem Technik Inc, a US manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and related products. Cherian is also Regional Director, The Evian Group. Committed to economic order in the global era, the Evian Group is a coalition of corporate, government and opinion leaders; united by the common goal of enhancing global prosperity for the benefit of all and the greater prospect of peace.

Vinay has an MBA degree from the United States. Following a stint in International Banking, Vinay moved to Training and Development. Over the past decade, Vinay has worked in the US, the Middle East and Asia. He has been involved in training for companies such as HP, Mphasis, Intel, Novell, Hinduja TMT and the US Embassy. Vinay is widely respected as a cross-cultural consultant, research and management trainer. He heads business development, corporate education and training at ICMIS.

Dr. Rao has been associated with ICMIS since its inception – first as Adjunct Faculty and, since 2003, as its Academic Dean.

He has a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Bombay University and is an alumnus of St. Xavier's College, Bombay. Prior to his association with ICMIS, he served as faculty in the Department of Chemistry at St. Xavier's College for 23 years. He was the Vice-Principal at St. Xavier's for a tenure of slightly less than 6 years before he shifted base to Bangalore.

Suchitra heads business development, corporate education and training at ICMIS. An Educationist, trained by Oxford Brookes, UK. for Academic Leadership in Curriculum Development and Assessment. She is widely respected as a Curriculum developer for schools in India. A pioneer in the use of ICT and E-learning for schools and colleges in India. She has extensive experience in Business Development, Corporate Training and CRM Services. A successful short business development stint with UNICEF cards division, led her into the corporate world of IL&FS Education & Technology Services. She has contributed towards the growth and development of the company, across locations. Her areas of specialization include CRM Tools and Application. Suchitra has worked in the B.P.O sector as Head of Training and Quality Assurance. Worked closely with HR teams for organizational behavior and recruitment. Suchitra, also continues as an Honorary Advisor to The Rajasthan Education Trust.
