A serial entrepreneur with interests in numerous companies in India and the United States, Cherian is Chairman of Biozeen, India’s first integrated bioprocess consultancy, research and training company and CEO of Bethelehem Technik Inc, a US manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and related products. Cherian is also Regional Director, The Evian Group. Committed to economic order in the global era, the Evian Group is a coalition of corporate, government and opinion leaders; united by the common goal of enhancing global prosperity for the benefit of all and the greater prospect of peace.
Cherian Philip holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from IMD, Switzerland as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.

Suchitra Kutty
Vice President
Suchitra heads business development, corporate education and training at ICMIS. She has extensive experience in Business Development, Corporate Training and CRM Services. An educationist trained for Academic Leadership in Curriculum Development and Assessment; Oxford Brookes, UK. She is widely respected as a Curriculum developer for schools in India also. A pioneer in the use of ICT and E-learning for schools and colleges in India.
A successful short business development stint with UNICEF cards division, led her into the corporate world of IL&FS Education & Technology Services. She has contributed towards the growth and development of the company, across locations.
Suchitra has worked in the B.P.O sector as Head of Training and Quality Assurance and worked closely with HR teams for organizational behavior and recruitment.
Suchitra also continues as an Honorary Advisor to The Rajasthan Education Trust. |

Dr. Rajkumar S. Rao
Dean
Dr. Rao has been associated with ICMIS since its inception – first as Adjunct Faculty and, since 2003, as its Academic Dean.
He has a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Bombay University and is an alumnus of St. Xavier's College, Bombay. Prior to his association with ICMIS, he served as faculty in the Department of Chemistry at St. Xavier's College for 23 years. He was the Vice-Principal at St. Xavier's for a tenure of slightly less than 6 years before he shifted base to Bangalore. |
